7 Cancellation, Payment and Refund Policy
7.1 A period of 14 days notice is required for cancellation of Continuum Hosting's Email or Virtual Server service.
7.2 In the event of less than 14 days notice of cancellation Continuum Hosting will charge to the end of the current billing period.
7.3 Any credit remaining at the end of the current billing period will be returned within 30 days following the end of the current billing period.
7.4 All personal data is deleted after 30 days of account closure.
7.5 For accounts 90 days or more over due our policy is to withdraw the service until all outstanding invoices are paid and the funds are cleared.
