Your first layer of resilience is the real time mirrored data. Some budget hosting providers don't provide this most elementary safety feature, would you be happy without this basic support?

Backup / Restoration
Many managed hosting providers offer a great service. Rackspace cloudservers includes '1-Hour Hardware Replacement Guarantee'. What about your data? Even a '2-Hour Commencement of Onsite Data Restores' does not tell you what will get restored. Is your data backed up onto tape media? How long does that take to restore? What happens to your system information?

Your second layer of resilience comes from our back-ups. Retrieve all data and OS files, download and restore files at will. Amazon EC2 service is volatile - If there is a host failure that causes your session to terminate, all data will be lost.

Automatic Migration
Your thrid layer of resilience. No other hosting solution offers live automatic migration.

RAM and Bandwidth
You can increase and decrease your storage, bandwidth and memory allocation. We offer a bite size 128MB of RAM for development environment half the Rackspace smallest, and offer up to 8GB, four times the largest offered by Amazon EC2.  Larger virtual servers can be supplied on request.

Processing Power
We guarantee fair usage of the CPU and extra busts of processing capacity is available as do Rackspace, Amazon on the other hand limit your share requiring you to purchase further units to maintain optimum performance.

IP Address
Each virtual server comes with 4 public IP address with more are available on request,  This compares with 2 public and 2 private addresses from Rackspace cloudservers. With EC2 you get a non-persistent private IP address NATed to a public IP address. When sessions terminate and new ones are launched, a new private IP address is assigned. Only one NATed IP address is available.
