- Any conduct or content that is likely to result in retaliation against the Continuum Hosting network, systems, employees, officers or other agents, including engaging in behaviour that results in any server being the target of a denial of service attack (DoS).
- Continuum Hosting reserves the right to remove any content that we deem to be Highly Objectionable, or borderline illegal.
- All software connection to other systems must conform to all relevant IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) standards, to minimise the chance harm being caused to remote systems by faulty data and protocols.
Continuum reserves the right to revise this AUP on occasion and apply it immediately as it not possible to codify exactly what constitutes “acceptable use” and “unacceptable use”. Understanding of what is acceptable tends to be informal and evolve over time. As the internet is a collection of privately owned networks that interconnect by consent it is essential that Continuum Hosting maintains a good reputation for dealing with network abuse. A poor reputation could impair Continuum's ability to provide a good internet connection.
